Ibridge Goes Online with Document Management and Distribution
Ibridge has completed migration of all Ibridge produced documents into our online document organizer (ODO). Using ODO, Ibridge personnel have secure access to the entire repository of company knowledge from anywhere on the globe. Access to each document is controlled via security settings, allowing individuals access to all or a subset of the company's knowledge assets.
Ibridge customers will gain access to their own Ibridge produced documentation by logging into the "Members Area" of the Ibridge website. "ODO is a giant leap for us in terms of managing the large number of documents and for tracking revisions with the customer", stated Carol Birt, company administrator. "They can log in and get access to the latest copy of a document 24 hours a day. Plus, there is the added security benefit that comes from avoiding the use of email for sensitive documents".
