The Hands-On Approach

For most documentation projects, our staff will install a copy of the application software at our facilities. This allows the technical writer to use the software on a daily basis in order to gain hands-on experience with the application.

The Review Process

Once the tech writer has completed a draft, the document is then passed on to other Ibridge staff members for review and comment. This review will include both a technical and editorial review. We know your time is valuable. Therefore, only after passing internal review will the document be submitted to you, our customer.
